Sheila Joy
Archivist
Sheila oversees Historic Trappe's archival collections, and helps provide genealogical and historical research services. She is also the archivist at the Lutheran Archives Center at Philadelphia, where she oversees congregational and manuscript collections of the ELCA Region 7. Working professionally in the field for over eight years, Sheila received her Bachelor's degree in History from Kutztown University and her Master's degree in Applied History from Shippensburg University. Prior to her position at Historic Trappe and the Lutheran Archives Center, she was the Archivist at the Lutheran Seminary and ELCA Region 8 Archives in Gettysburg, PA.
