2026 EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

Applications must be submitted no later than November 1, 2025, to be considered for acceptance into the 2026 Pennsylvania Antiques Show (dates April 23–26, 2026). Applicants will be notified regarding their application status by December 1, 2025.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Applicants may apply for a solo or a shared/collaborative booth.

Please submit a written proposal/concept with examples of 5-10 works which demonstrate your exhibition concept (if you are sharing a stand).

Accepted applicants must exhibit works in their contracted discipline (specific works may be substituted)

Professional References

Applicants must include two professional contacts as references such as a dealer, gallery, museum professional, or auction house representative. References should not include members of the Pennsylvania Antiques Show's Dealers Advisory Committee.

Submitting this application is the first step in the selection process. Applicants selected to participate will be notified in writing via email by December 1, 2025. The acceptance letter will include booth dimensions and pricing details.
Exhibitors at the Pennsylvania Antiques Show must present authentic works that accurately reflect their stated period and remain in their original form. Copies and reproductions will not be accepted. Any works created after 1976 must be unique, custom, or of a limited edition. All works must be in their original form, be respectful of the materials used, and be available for sale, with pricing clearly displayed on labels or price lists. Works exhibited at the Show may not be pre-sold.
Important Information:
  • Booth assignments are determined by the Show Manager based on availability.
  • Upon acceptance, exhibitors will receive a contract and an initial invoice for a deposit to secure their participation.
  • Participation in the 2026 Pennsylvania Antiques Show is confirmed upon receipt of the completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit payment.
