Sarah Bowen
Curatorial Assistant
Sarah is a recent graduate from the University of Edinburgh, where she studied Art History. Her primary interests are Pennsylvania German folk art and early American material culture. Sarah has a range of experience in auction houses, archives, and archaeological excavation. She has previously interned at the Museum of International Folk Art, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, and at Freeman's in the American, Folk, and Decorative Arts department. At Trappe, Sarah is helping to catalog our decorative arts collections, assisting with exhibitions, and giving guided tours.
