Group Tours at Historic Trappe

Treat your group to an experience like no other on a guided tour of our beautiful historic buildings!

Enjoy a guided tour of our historic sites and learn about the Revolutionary War and America's founding from a Pennsylvania German family who lived through it.

Historic Trappe is just a short 15-minute drive from quaint Skippack Village, which boasts a number of antique stores, boutiques, and dining opportunities. About 20 minutes to the south of Historic Trappe is Valley Forge National Historical Park, where your group can continue the story of the Revolution and learn about Washington’s famous winter encampment.

Hear powerful stories of the patriotic Muhlenberg family, who fought for American ideals during the Revolutionary War and guided politics in the earliest days of our nation.
Witness the trials and tribulations of the Muhlenberg women and household servants, and see the elegant furnishings and everyday belongings they used to keep the house running and the family together.
Marvel at one of the country’s best collections of Pennsylvania German folk art at the Dewees Tavern and shop for unique artisan-made gifts in the museum store.

Group Minimum: 10 people

Group Maximum: 60 people

Recommended length of visit is one hour per site. Shorter tours can be arranged upon request.

Bus parking is available at St Luke’s Fellowship Church, 200 W Main St., Trappe, PA 19426
